Maintenance system for industrial plants
Assets with QR codes, fault reports, work orders, preventive plans, tool room and purchasing. Twelve screens, with permissions per role and data kept separate per company.
El problema
Maintenance at a small industrial company runs on a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. The systems that exist charge per user and only show the product once you book a demo.
Qué decidimos
- Each company sees only its own data, with the isolation tested
- A permission matrix per module and per action, not fixed roles
- Closing a work order has to take less than a minute
- Reports with what a plant manager actually looks at: MTBF, MTTR and uptime
En qué está hoy
Under construction, with the whole dashboard already navigable. We show it because it's harder to fake than a testimonial.
Automated trading engine
An engine that trades on its own against the crypto market: a permanent WebSocket connection, orders that go in with their protection already attached, state recovery after a crash, and a simulator to test every strategy against three years of history before risking a cent.
El problema
Trading by hand means watching a screen and deciding with your gut. A system that runs rules written beforehand does not get tired, does not rush, and behaves exactly the same on a Monday morning as on a Friday night.
Qué decidimos
- Nothing is tested with real money: first against three years of data, then on a practice account
- Every trade goes in with its protective exit already placed, and there is an automatic cut-off if losses pile up
- If the process dies, on restart it picks up the exact state it was in
- The code went through an adversarial review: eleven issues found and fixed
En qué está hoy
Running on a practice account around the clock, with the full order cycle verified end to end. It is the most demanding example of what we do: a system that cannot fail quietly.

Full website for a building contractor
A bricklayer with twenty years on the job in rural Buenos Aires province and not one photo of his work online: everything came through neighbours recommending him. We built the site, the Google listing, and a panel where he uploads finished jobs from his phone.
El problema
Anyone who needs a bricklayer today searches Google before asking around. If you don't show up you don't exist, and if you show up without photos of your work they still don't call.
Qué decidimos
- The phone number isn't buried in a form: it's a WhatsApp button with the message already written
- His own panel to publish jobs: pick the photos, write two lines, upload — without calling us
- All the site copy in a single file, with an editing guide written for him
- No language or theme switcher: a trade that works its own area doesn't need them, and they only add things that break
- Contractor structured data and a Google listing, so he shows up on the map when someone searches nearby
En qué está hoy
Finished, with the panel working: he publishes a new job without calling us and without paying for every change.
